Our Workforce Readiness Program equips youth and young adults ages 14–24 with the skills, confidence, and support they need to succeed in today’s job market. Through an 8-week curriculum, participants gain hands-on training in resume writing, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and financial literacy, along with access to mentorship and career exploration opportunities.
